Mother Earth is rising to a whole new set of frequencies – the frequencies of of an evolving and expanding consciousness that is being embodied on this planet.

With the massive changes that are upon us, we are being called upon to purge ancestral patterns that have kept humanity from its true legacy of sovereignty, and authentic empowerment. Thousands of years of conditioning are falling away and this shift in consciousness is requiring our full attention and engagement. We are the Frequency Keepers. To hold the Frequency of Love, we are committed to compassionately purging the past and clearing away the beliefs and concepts of a dying era that are held within our bodies, minds and spirits.

Frequency Keepers is a women’s circle established in 2011 - just as this shift moved into high gear. Together we have established a beautiful foundation of energy awareness, sound healing, different forms of inquiry all grounded in spiritual practice and ceremony, and mutual support. Each year is framed around a different focus for healing and upgrading our energy systems from its physical expression to its most etheric.

In 2021 and 2022 we focused on healing and expressing the Divine Feminine through movement, sound and meditation, learning new ways to relate to mother earth through practices of observation, reciprocity and the use of ceremony.

In 2023, our 9 month program will focus on integrating and embodying the rapidly amplifying energies that are coming in to advance our collective and planetary evolution at this time. With the advance of the generational timekeeper, Pluto, into the sign of Aquarius approaching in January 2024, it is time for us to take a fresh look at our vital energy bodies. Energy Medicine is changing and becoming more prominent as high frequency Aquarian energies manifest. This year’s program will focus on a different chakra each month and using astrological, sound, emotional and physical healing technologies to clear old programs and activate the codes of higher frequency consciousness so that we may embody our Universal Life Force fully and with complete clarity.

The program will require a commitment to attend monthly online workshops over a 9 month period. Optional in-person gatherings over the course of the year to do ceremony and Energy work will be offered at no extra charge. as will free attendance in weekly Frequency Re-set meditations.

An in-person retreat is planned for participants to kick off the 9 month program on September 10, 2023. Information will be provided to registrants.
