Consciousness speaks to us through our dreams in the symbolic language of imagery. These images contain multiple levels of meaning, informing us about what is and is not in balance in our body/mind/spirit, offering guidance and sometimes even the gift of prophesy. We each have our own unique dream dictionary and can learn to understand and employ this important information for our well being and evolution.

Over 6 sessions (August- December 2025 one Saturday morning monthly) , this class will explore:

A general understanding of the anatomy of our dreams

Types of dreams from teaching dreams to those that inform us about our wellbeing

A primer on dream symbols and images pulled from the Tarot, Astrology, Numerology and various works on Symbolism

Simple methods of dream interpretation

An opportunity to bring dreams to group for interpretation
